Tech: Exoskeletons - a solution to many problems?

Exoskeleton technology has been around for a while now and has countless uses. Still, it has not become mainstream. Guess why? Correct, the price. Medical series-produced units cost more than NOK 250,000 after tax. Whis this amount of mony, it is hardly capable of revolutionizing either the home service, the activity level of wheelchair users, airport workers on luggage belts or the industrial worker carrying cement sacks.

My vision is to be able to offer such devices (modular) to everyone. The aging population is a major challenge, and there aren't just economic issues connected with that: We also have take care of (still) healthy people so that they remain healthy, both health care professionals and also other workers.

Imagine that every wheelchair today could be replaced with new, more usable technology that is user-friendly and not a couple of 100 years old. One can read that in the 19th century it was possible to rent a wheelchair so that the people could get out one afternoon.

In a society with iPhones and Teslas, it shouldn't be necessary to rebuild houses and cars in order to create space for an outdated, unusable "technology" that is very limiting.

But to bring exoskeleton technology down to a usable price level, innovative minds and the right marketing are needed. Do you want to be part of it and have concrete input? Do not hesitate and get in touch!
