How it started - fall 2020 - disclaimer

Having written papers and articles ever since high school, my idea was to make them available for everyone to read at some point. The topics seemed important at the time. So since having an active lifestyle, I was never quite comfortable with the idea of sitting still and writing a lot of stuff just in order to generate text or boast of myself.

Confined to the liberty of an home office, and a year (2020) that turned out completely different than anticipated, I finally dared the step to make some of these articles public, and will continue writing new ones on relevant topics. These will include medical, technological and relevant knowledge as well as psychological and personal topics.

My goal is to convey only content that is based on reality and builds on evidence-based knowledge. Still, one can go wrong. Everything I write is to be regarded as my personal opinion at the time written. All text, included articles, procedures, descriptions (among other things the HOW-TOs) and recommendations are given without any form of guarantee. Use at your own risk. If you are unsure: Double check and seek qualified advice and guidance!

Much rather than to be seen as self-praise they are supposed to give the reader new insight and knowledge, as well as some personal views. Perhaps it even helps you with an idea, encourages you to start a blog or leads to you daring to write about something that is important to you? At least about the "safe" stuff...

If I can do it, so can you!

Happy reading.
